Shipping and Handling Policies:
We ship art works through FedEx or UPS in ground. The shipping and handling fee is 5%, up to maximum $100 dollars. Currently, we only deal with the markets in USA and Canada.
The products will be shipped out within 48 hours after confirming the order. There may be occasions where the product is not available due to demand.
Replacement Policy:
If the product is damaged during transportation and needs to be replaced, please e-mail or contact us within 7 days after receiving the package.
We will not charge you the S&H fee for the replacement.
Return Policy:
Request a return within the first 21 days of invoice date.
You will need to fill out the Returning Form found in the “Download Forms” section and e-mail it to us. You are responsible for
packaging the returned product. We will arrange the carrier to pick up the package.
The full refund will be sent to you in 4 to 6 weeks.
NOTE: we don’t accept any returns without providing Returning Form.
