Order Instructions:
- You must fill out the
New Customer Account Form to become our customer. You may email or fax the form to us. A Customer ID will be sent to you. You will need the ID to place the order.
- Call us for pricing or email us to request the Price List.
- Fill out the Order Form with the all relevant information. You may email or fax the form to us.
- We will confirm you the product availability, payment and shipping schedule.
We also offer quantity discounts with the purchase amount over 500 dollars per order. Please call for the detailed information.
